Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange or cash refund. We only accept returns on domestic purchases/orders within SA.

All sale items are considered final.

Returns must be requested within 14 days from purchase/delivery. Your receipt is required as proof of purchase.

In order to be accepted, returned products must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Earth Age will not hold stock for exchange purposes. If the product you are wanting to exchange for is out of stock, we are more than happy to arrange a credit note  and send you your desired item as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirming the return or exchange of your purchase. 

Return Shipping

If you are based in South Africa and would like to ship a return to us please email us at connect@ourearthage.com and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Packages delivered to us without approval first will not be accepted.

Any shipping costs incurred during the return process will need to be covered by the customer.

Please retain your return postage receipt until the return process has been completed. Earth Age reserves the right to refuse a return without proof of return postage.

International Orders & Sale Item

All international orders are considered final and are not eligible for return.

However, if you find your item to be faulty you may request a return within 14 days of purchase/delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items

While we do our utmost best to ensure all Earth Age products are each perfect, our products are all handmade/handwoven so human error or loose ends can occur. Your patience and understanding is sincerely appreciated.
