SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All orders are packed with care in Cape Town, South Africa. Domestic orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. International orders are shipped via FedEx.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Please note that international customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are not collected by Earth Age at the time of purchase.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable charges before placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly through The Courier Guy (domestic) or FedEx (international).

Returns & Exchanges

It is of paramount importance to us that you adore your new Earth Age product. We accept returns on all full price purchases — both domestic and international.

To request a return please contact us at connect@ourearthage.com

  • Products purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange or cash refund.
  • All sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from purchase or delivery.
  • Your receipt is required as proof of purchase.
  • Returned products must be in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

Please email us at connect@ourearthage.com to initiate your return. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

  • Packages delivered to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
  • Please retain your return postage receipt until the process is complete. Earth Age reserves the right to refuse a return without proof of postage.

Yes — we accept returns on international full price orders within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at connect@ourearthage.com to initiate your return.

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Earth Age cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
  • All sale items remain final and are not eligible for return.

We are happy to arrange an exchange where stock allows. Earth Age will not hold stock for exchange purposes. If the product you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will arrange a credit note and send your desired item as soon as it becomes available.

While we do our utmost best to ensure all Earth Age products are perfect, our products are handmade and handwoven so human error or loose ends can occur. Your patience and understanding is sincerely appreciated.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at connect@ourearthage.com and we will make it right.
